At Anaqatk First, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. This policy outlines everything you need to know about processing, shipping, and delivery for orders placed at anaqatkfirst.com.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note:

  • Hijab and accessory orders: processed within 1–3 business days
  • Personalized necklace orders (Zaina — The Beauty, Lulú — The Pearl): each piece is custom-made to order by our artisan partner. Please allow 5–8 business days for production.

Estimated Delivery Time

Anaqatk First ships exclusively within the United States. Please allow:

  • Hijab and accessory orders: 3–7 business days from the date of shipment
  • Personalized necklace orders: 7–10 business days from the date of shipment (5–8 days production + 7–10 days delivery = approximately 12–18 business days total from order date)

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays or high-volume periods may occasionally affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard US shipping on orders over $50
  • Orders under $50: $8.00 standard shipping
  • Expedited rates shown at checkout where available

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your ship date (or 20 business days for personalized necklaces), please contact us at:

We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue. Anaqatk First is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural events, or customs.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Anaqatk First is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@anaqatkfirst.com — we can only modify addresses before the order is fulfilled.
