At Anaqatk First, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. This policy outlines everything you need to know about processing, shipping, and delivery for orders placed at anaqatkfirst.com.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Anaqatk First ships to addresses within the United States. Our pieces are sent directly from our fulfillment partner, so please allow time for transit:
- Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days from the date your order ships.
With processing time included, please allow approximately 13–21 business days (about 3–5 weeks) from your order date for delivery.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat $8.00 shipping fee. Any active free-shipping offers will be shown on the product and cart pages.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking to begin updating. Tracking may occasionally pause between scans while in transit — this is normal.
Customs, Duties & Import
Some orders may pass through customs before reaching you. For U.S. customers, orders are typically delivered with no additional charges; however, any duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient. Anaqatk First has no control over and is not responsible for customs delays.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Anaqatk First is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@anaqatkfirst.com — we can only modify addresses before the order is fulfilled.
