Our Commitment
At Anaqatk First, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging intact
• Not marked as Final Sale
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Inner hijab caps / undercaps (worn directly against the skin)
• Any item marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved:
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, the order may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at the email above if you need to request a cancellation.
