Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future β€” stay tuned!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Delivery times vary by product. Personalized necklaces (Zaina & LulΓΊ) require 5–8 business days of production plus 7–10 business days of delivery β€” approximately 12–18 business days total from order date. Hijabs and accessories (including the Safa bracelet) are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged $8.00 standard shipping. Expedited rates are shown at checkout where available.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?

A: Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Q: My tracking hasn't updated in days β€” is something wrong?

A: Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially during transit between facilities. If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us at

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Please note that personalized and custom-engraved items (such as Zaina and LulΓΊ necklaces) cannot be returned as they are made to order. Q: Can I return a personalized necklace?

A: Because Zaina and LulΓΊ necklaces are custom-engraved with your name, they cannot be returned. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at hello@anaqatkfirst.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Q: Can I return an undercap or inner hijab cap?

A: Unfortunately, no. Due to hygiene reasons, inner hijab caps and undercaps cannot be returned once received. We recommend checking sizing carefully before ordering, and feel free to message us if you need help choosing.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Q: Do you sell hijab pins separately?

A: Yes! Our Sumud Magnetic Pin Set is available as a standalone accessory. The pins are strong, snag-free, and safe for all fabric types.

🧺 Hijab Care & Washing

Q: How do I wash my hijab?

A: Care instructions depend on the fabric type. Here is a general guide:

β€’ Chiffon hijabs β€” Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not wring. Lay flat or hang to dry.

β€’ Jersey hijabs β€” Machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle in cold water. Tumble dry on low or air dry.

β€’ Modal / bamboo undercaps β€” Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry for best shape retention.

Q: Can I put my hijab in the dryer?

A: We recommend air drying for all hijabs to preserve fabric quality and shape. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting and remove promptly. Avoid high heat β€” it can damage delicate fabrics like chiffon and cause jersey to shrink.

Q: My chiffon hijab is wrinkled β€” how do I get the wrinkles out?

A: Use a garment steamer on a low setting, or hang the hijab in a steamy bathroom for a few minutes. If ironing, use the lowest setting and place a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric β€” never iron chiffon directly.

A: Our products are modest fashion items β€” hijabs, undercaps, and accessories β€” not consumables, so halal certification does not apply in the traditional sense.
